For health reasons we stayed away from the home during the remodeling, returning some evenings to check the project. Tiko would visit us at our temporary home, to clarify our concerns. He was an active and respectful listener. Since a friend had already redesigned our kitchen, Tiko wisely enhanced the drawings, adding thoughtful modifications concerning the use of space, light, and safe navigation. He kept communications open, constantly, including weekends, and responding to e-mails and phone calls almost immediately.
