Despite encountering unforeseen challenges that necessitated changing contractor crews in the middle of the project, Kim seamlessly coordinated the work, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline.

Throughout the renovation process, communication was clear and consistent, and Kim and the crew promptly addressed any concerns or questions we had. The attention to detail displayed by the entire team was remarkable, and it's evident that they take great pride in their workmanship. We received a very detailed quote that was in the same ballpark as the company we eventually selected. Ultimately, we didn't go with them, because we wanted glass railings and the quote specified that we should provide this. It's intimidating to measure for something that could be upwards of $10k (in case we made mistakes!) and was a nebulous cost to us at the time (difficult to budget).

For health reasons we stayed away from the home during the remodeling, returning some evenings to check the project. Tiko would visit us at our temporary home, to clarify our concerns. He was an active and respectful listener. Since a friend had already redesigned our kitchen, Tiko wisely enhanced the drawings, adding thoughtful modifications concerning the use of space, light, and safe navigation.
