Our ADU was started by another contractor who couldn't finish the project.  There were corrections that needed to be addressed, and our time was now limited to complete the work.... read more  The permit was already issued, we were 6 months into the project and in contract with another company for a fire suppressant system.

We reached out to many contractors, most of whom did not return our calls.  When we spoke with Green Group Remodeling, they scheduled a time to meet right away.  The project managers (Adam and Tula) agreed to take on the project.  They were determined to complete within the estimated time of four months, and navigated through the challenges of the previous contractors work as well as partnering with the fire suppressant company.  Also, Olivia from Green Group Remodeling was very helpful in processing additional documentation through the city.  

In summary, this was not a typical project for a company to take over. Green Group Remodeling was willing to accept this challenge and start the project immediately.  Their attention to detail and quality of work improved the outcome of the ADU.

Project Mgr. Tula, was awesome to work with! He was very responsive to my texts and clarified any questions I had regarding current and future projects. I can see how addicting home projects can be and Tula had a lot of patience as I asked about different project ideas that were jumping around in my head. For my home projects it was like a carousel of "to dos" that I would talk to Tula about. I am sure that I sounded like an airhead. :) I will take his advice and give it a day or two on what bothers me the most, now that the project is done (the "to-dos" kept changing), and go from there.

Tula's team was great. They each had their own specialty and they worked so quickly and their was craftsmanship excellent! There was a good size team on site the first few days and that's why I think the job was done in abt 2 wks or less, whereas other quotes I had were close to 6 to 8 weeks!

If you are thinking about a house project, at least get an estimate from Green Group Remodeling. If you are in Tula's area you will find that he is easy going, focused, patient and definitely gets the job done!
