  Our ADU was started by another contractor who couldn't finish the project.  There were corrections that needed to be addressed, and our time was now limited to complete the work.... read more  The permit was already issued, we were 6 months into the project and in contract with another company for a fire suppressant system.

We reached out to many contractors, most of whom did not return our calls.  When we spoke with Green Group Remodeling, they scheduled a time to meet right away.  The project managers (Adam and Tula) agreed to take on the project.  They were determined to complete within the estimated time of four months, and navigated through the challenges of the previous contractors work as well as partnering with the fire suppressant company.  Also, Olivia from Green Group Remodeling was very helpful in processing additional documentation through the city.  

In summary, this was not a typical project for a company to take over. Green Group Remodeling was willing to accept this challenge and start the project immediately.  Their attention to detail and quality of work improved the outcome of the ADU.

  Green Group Remodeling did a superb job on our recent master bathroom remodeling project. Tula was our project manager he was amazing!! from the first step to the finish line.
It... read more was not a simple project by any means. There were significant plumbing & electrical changes, including creating a new zero-threshold shower & installing a stand-alone bathtub in a different location than the prior layout. Vanity plumbing was moved, as well as light fixtures & electrical outlets.

We worked with their designer for about 2 months to create & refine the new design. She provided excellent guidance to help clarify & realize our vision & style, as well as assisting us on the dozens of selections that we made. We always felt that Erin was tuned into our preferences, and wasn't trying to push any particular style or approach. The 3D renderings that she prepared were extremely helpful to help us visualize & refine the design, resulting in a harmonious design that was perfect for us.

During the construction phase, the plumbing & tile work was particularly excellent, with so many details (3 niches, a pony wall, pebble shower floor, etc). They did a great job installing new Fabuwood vanity & cabinets.

Throughout the project, Tula was extremely responsive, communicative & well organized. Every evening, we received an e-mail explaining who would be coming the following day and exactly what they would be working on. In contrast to other contactors we have worked with in the past, they always had the right technicians there on the right day, in the right order, to get the project done in a timely fashion.

All of their technicians showed up on time and their workmanship was extremely high quality. They were all friendly & easy to interact with. They did not smoke or play any loud music on our property, and in general were 100% professional. They did not hesitate to ask when there were choices to be made along the way, and they were open to our suggestions. It's clear that they all took pride in their work, and showed great attention to detail. As a result, our final punch list was very short.

We've worked with a few other general contractors in the past, and Green Group is by far the best that we have found. We love our new master bathroom, and will enjoy it for many years to come. Overall, we give Green Group and Tula our project manager an A+, and would not hesitate to recommend them.

  We had two bathrooms remodeling projects with Tiko and Kim from Green Group Remodeling. They did an excellent job! Initially we only planned for one bathroom but ended up two... read more bedrooms with reasonable price and flexible plans. We needed at least one bathroom on Friday nights for guests so couldn't do construction at the same time but they provided a flexible plan so it worked out well. They estimated 4-6weeks of time for one bathroom but they completed two projects in 4weeks (except shower door) with great outcomes. There was an issue with the shower door that we ordered at the last minute. But they figured out the solution so completed  by following week. Tiko kept us in the loop with messages and calls. Kim was on site every single day to follow up with workers and suggested materials and products that saved my life. After we completed with final payment, we found minor issues next day. Tiko sent a worker right away and fixed them at the same day.
We still have many projects for our home in a near future. We will definitely go with Green Group Remodeling.

There was a last minute scramble a few times for materials when unexpected issues came up but it happens with most remodeling projects.

If I could offer some feedback, it would be to add billing and invoicing capabilities, including the ability to pay with credit card. I did have a wire transfer that was eventually recovered but took 5 days until the owner said he received it.
