  Green Group Remodeling recently redid our kitchen.  Our project manager, Tiko Vas, and the crew worked tirelessly to complete the remodeling well, and timely. Tiko would visit us at our temporary home, to clarify our concerns. He was an active and respectful listener. Since a friend had already redesigned our kitchen, Tiko wisely enhanced the drawings, adding thoughtful modifications concerning the use of space, light, and safe navigation.  He kept communications open, constantly, including weekends, and responding    to e-mails and phone calls almost immediately. He provided firm leadership to the crew, which was essential when glitches appeared. We would rehire Green Group Remodeling, and Tiko Vas, to do any other project we may eventually have.

The result is a kitchen and primary bathroom that are not only functional but also stunningly designed. They were timely and accurate with their estimates of time and cost. Kitchen remodel, primary bathroom remodel, painting the entire house interior and adding recessed lighting to two rooms took about 6 weeks which is what we were initially told. He did a great job of working closely with our Structural Engineer, Designer, the Planning office for permits, and the sub-contractors and technicians. He was very clear about the schedule, who would be coming to our home, what they would be completing, and made sure to update us when there were changes. Tula was also upfront about recommended change orders and their cost before we made decisions on updating the project scope. If something wasn't done to our preference or not working, he made sure to have it corrected or fixed in a timely manner. We would absolutely recommend Green Group for your next remodel!
